RunFever will aim to ensure you train to your maximum potential with a structured and progressive personalised run training plan.

First thing to remember is we are all very different!  So what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another.  We do not hold generic run training plans and your bespoke training plan will be focused on your target/s and most importantly taking into consideration your available time and commitments (family, work, etc).

We aim to give you the tools so you can believe and achieve your goals.

Support we can offer

After making your initial enquiry for support, we will send you an email to find out what your goals are and what you have been doing to this point.  From there we will personally call you to chat through your reply to ensure we get to build the plan that will work for you.

The more input you provide, the more achievable we can make your plan.

We will ask each person to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ).  This is an essential first step to take if you are planning to change/increase the amount of physical activity in your life.

Finally, we will ask you to complete a fitness assessment from where you live so we don’t set the training plan too high or low.

Tier 1 – 4 week personalised run training plan with no follow-up email / telephone support.

Tier 2 – 4 week personalised run training plan with once a month email / telephone support.*

Tier 3 – 4 week personalised run training plan with weekly email / telephone support.*

Tier 4 – 4 week personalised run training plan with unlimited email / telephone support.*

* We aim to reply within 24hrs.

At RunFever there is no minimum time period.  It’s really up to you and dependent on your goals. However, we suggest it will take at least 12 weeks for you to really see results.
